This break was needed! I have writing benchmarks to grade and progress report comments to write... oh no... I forgot about the homework from last week. No college course can prepare you for how fast the school day seems to fly by. Moving along... I am really enjoying spending time with my family and baking sweet treats. Yesterday I made magic cookie bars and they were a big hit. Something about coconut seems to make everyone happy (including me). Unfortunately we could not take home any leftovers, but my dad is currently cooking a crockpot turkey for dinner. YUM!
